Reviews
This mythic version of Bilbo has a lot of potential. The ability to cast a spell from the when it attacks reminds me a lot of Dreadhorde Arcanist, an extremely powerful card from War of the Spark. Bilbo, Thief in the Night looks considerably better than the Arcanist to me, but being a 2/2 does make it difficult to find good windows in which it can attack. Of course, you can use this Bilbo to cast spells on potential blockers, but what if there are two 3/3s to get past? This will be an interesting one to see play out for sure, so I'm leaning a little towards the conservative side with the rating for now.

Draw Two Gets you extra cards
Each attack lets you cast an , or from your , and spells you cast from anywhere but your hand cost 1 less. With Plunder the Trollshaws in the graveyard, an attack recasts it for one blue mana and draws two. An instant or sorcery cast this way is afterwards, so each one comes back once.
