Reviews
Even with affinity for elves factored in, Cantankerous Keepers feels a little bit over-costed. A 4/3 for 4 or more mana just isn't very good, but are we really going to be able to control the three or more elves required to make it cost a more reasonable amount? I don't think that'll happen all that often, so this card likely won't live up to its full potential in this format, but it's still worth trying to see if you can high roll on it.

Roles in each deck
Elf Landfall Gets you extra cards
Each Elf you control cuts from this 6-mana 4/3 Elf, and when it enters it four cards and puts every Elf card among them into your hand. Even with two Elves out you pay 4 for a 4/3, and four cards from a deck with about eight Elves often hold one Elf or none. Drafters still take the rare around pick 6.
