Reviews
If you've read any of my previous set reviews, you may know of my utter disdain for auras that only buff creatures. I will, however, make a small exception for Eagle's Rescue. Granting +2/+2 and is very powerful in Limited and should turn just about any creature into a must-kill threat. Then, when your opponent does kill it, you can keep bringing it back to buff your small creatures, almost as though it were a powerful equipment still on the battlefield. I know I'm going to lose to this a lot, but I hope I get to win just as many games with it on my side.
The money shot to discard is Plunder the Trollshaws, which is miles better than either Moment of Glory or Eagle's Rescue. I've also liked playing 16 lands in any deck with a decent amount of cheap , as it feels bad to have to discard lands to it too often. I tend to discard spells early to play around Crude Bent Blade, then lands later on.
