Reviews
+3/+0 and is a really big buff to have on a creature like this, but hiding it behind the paywall of needing to have drawn an extra card before going to combat I think is too much to get around. Lake-town Toymaker looks very powerful, but far too often it'll just be a vanilla creature with no way for you to trigger it, and that's just not good enough.

Roles in each deck
Draw Two Rewards the plan
At the beginning of combat on your turn, if you've drawn two or more cards this turn, another creature you control gets +3/+0 and until end of turn. That check comes before attackers are declared, so the draws from Great Gilded Boat, an attacking Bard's Company and Bilbo, Luckwearer's hits all arrive too late, and most turns it is a plain 4-mana 3/4.
How to play it
Learn the Draw Two deckMake the extra draw in your first main phase, with Patient Instructor, Plunder the Trollshaws or Bilbo Baggins, Burglar.
Patchwork Midrange Rewards the plan
Its bonus (another creature gets +3/+0 and ) needs two cards drawn this turn by the beginning of combat. On your turn you find that second draw mostly from a card cast before combat, like Celebrate the Mountain-king, Patient Instructor or The Mountain-king's Return, so most turns it is a plain 4-mana 3/4.
