Reviews
While Rage into the Valley isn't exactly a Phyrexian Rager, it makes a close enough impression of one to make me very excited for it. This is likely one of black's best commons; a creature that draws you a card is just very solid and highly sought after in any Draft format.
Like Rage into the Valley, there will be times you wish this didn't have to pump your Goblin . Unlike Rage, this card is providing you with another body fresh from the grave, somewhat negating that problem.
How to draft it
Roles in each deck
Goblin Army Gets you extra cards
Three mana draws a card and 2. That is a 2/2 and a card when you have no , and two counters plus a card when you do, three with Bothersome Noisemaker out. A review called it one of black's best commons, but it is a playable, because adding counters to an Army you already have is slower than a new creature.

Removal Midrange Gets you extra cards
You draw a card, lose 1 life and 2, so it replaces itself and leaves a 2/2 or two on the one you have. A deck that trades one for one runs short of cards, and this refills your hand while adding a body.
