Reviews
Magic has a resource system for a reason. Everything you do costs some amount of mana to balance actions against each other. Whenever you get to do something without spending any mana, you ought to pay attention to that. Snowslope Hunter is a very good outlet that costs no mana to use each turn, making it a highly desirable card for the decks. Not only is it free to activate, but you get a very real benefit from it as well. This is an exceptional card, and one that I imagine will be a premium pick up for goblin decks.

Roles in each deck
Goblin Army Gets you extra cards
Once per turn, on your turn, the 3-mana 2/3 lets you another creature or to your top card and play it until the end of your next turn. The review that called it exceptional counted the card it draws and forgot the creature it costs, and trading creatures for cards slows the attack while the 2/3 pressures no one.

Dwarves & Equipment Gets you extra cards
Snowslope Hunter lets you another creature or once per turn, on your turn, to your top card and play it until the end of your next turn. Your , Axes and creatures are worth more than that card, so the 3-mana 2/3 Goblin is a trap here and in Goblin Army alike.
