only on resolution. An goes to exile as it , and from there you may cast the creature later. A Adventure never resolves, and neither does one whose targets are all gone when it tries to, so it goes to your and the creature is lost with it. That includes a target by Gone Fishing. It comes back as a new creature, so Spew Flame has no legal target and you never get Smaug, the Great Calamity. A spell with two targets still resolves if one is legal. Burglar's Plot then goes to exile as usual, but an exchange happens fully or not at all, so with one of the two gone nobody gains control of anything.

Adventure of Smaug, the Great Calamity
On the the card is only Spew Flame, a with 5.

Which half the card is. On the stack an Adventure card has only the Adventure's name, cost and type. Spew Flame is a sorcery with mana value 5, so it triggers Bothersome Noisemaker and Gandalf, Goblins' Bane, which watch for noncreature spells. In your hand, library, graveyard and exile the card is only the creature, a 7-mana Dragon. The creature cast from exile is a creature spell and triggers neither of them. From exile you can cast only the creature, never the Adventure again.

A second Adventure. A card that returns to your hand counts as a new card. Return Bilbo Baggins, Burglar with Mirkwood Nurturer, and you can cast Take a Glance again, then Bilbo again for another card.

Bilbo Baggins, Burglar
Take a Glance scries 2, and Bilbo Baggins, Burglar draws a card when he enters.

Your second card each turn. Lakeshore Apothecary and Master's Councillors count draws on every turn, one card at a time. On your turn your draw step gives you your first card, so Bilbo Baggins's draw, a or Plunder the Trollshaws in your main phase is your second and triggers them. On the opponent's turn Confusticate and Bebother's "draw two" is two draws and triggers them alone. Take a Glance is a , not a draw. Each triggers once a turn, however many cards you draw.
