Reviews
Convolute is a very reasonable for Limited, though nothing too special. Confusticate and Bebother has a nice alternate mode, but if your deck doesn't want a counterspell, which I don't think a lot of decks will, then you don't want this.
Confusticate and Bebother: Convolute + Catalog. You can play around the (4) mode only very late.

Roles in each deck
Draw Two Gets you extra cards
Holding up a 3-mana on their turn costs you the turn you wanted for creatures. One mode unless its controller pays 4, and the other draws two cards and discards one. The draw mode triggers your payoffs on their turn, which Plunder the Trollshaws's also does.
How to play it
Learn the Draw Two deckLeave it out unless you are short of playables. If it makes the deck, use the draw mode at the end of their turn when you didn't need the mana, and the counter mode late, when they can't pay 4 more.
Burn and Draw Gets you extra cards
Its counter mode fails once they can pay , and the draw mode only replaces itself for 3 mana, so it is a at best.
How to play it
Learn the Burn and Draw deckKeep 3 mana up on turns they are likely to out for a big spell. If they cast nothing, draw at the end of their turn and discard a card.
