Reviews
This is a fantastic way to create a typal land for Eeves. With being their main mechanic, Prismatic Vista is a very powerful card for them to have, and that's exactly what Elven Passage is. Two landfall triggers out of a single card makes this the perfect option to pick up if you're drafting blue/green elves.
Both Hobbit Hole and Elven Passage are excellent with cards, too.

Roles in each deck
Draw Two Gets you the color you need
Like Hobbit Hole, it trades itself for a basic land of the color you need, here for 1 life, and that basic enters . Behold an Elf and the basic untaps. Your Elves here include Mirkwood Nurturer, Elvenking's Harper, Thranduil, Sindarin Liege and Elrond, Moon-Reader.
How to play it
Learn the Draw Two deckFetch whichever basic your hand needs most. With Thranduil on the battlefield it makes two Elf , one as Elven Passage enters and one as the basic arrives.
Elf Landfall Gets you the color you need
This rare land makes no mana itself. You it, pay 1 life and it for a basic land, which enters tapped and then untaps if you behold an Elf (choose an Elf you control or reveal one from your hand). With an Elf around, it is a Hobbit Hole whose basic arrives ready to tap.
How to play it
Learn the Elf Landfall deckCrack it when a trigger matters, or in your main phase when you need the mana at once. With no Elf to behold, it is a slow land that costs 1 life.
