Reviews
Some kind of Bone Splinters variant is always nice to see and the mechanic in this set gives us a very real incentive to want to our creatures. Stir Up Trouble won't be able to go into every black deck, but it'll excel in the decks that really want it, namely the black/red goblins decks.
How to draft it
One of the 20 cards to memorize. Destroys a creature for 1 mana. As you cast it, you also one of your creatures or , or pay 4 more.

With nothing to give up, paying instead turns it into a 5-mana kill spell.
How to play it
Learn the Removal Midrange deckGive up the least useful thing you have, never a creature better than the one you kill. Front Porch Sentries is the best choice, because sacrificing it counts as dying and its -1/-1 can finish a second creature with 1 toughness. At 1 mana it fits beside a on turn 3.
