Reviews
+1/+1 to your whole team and an extra card at the end of every turn makes The Arkenstone a pretty broken for any deck in The Hobbit. It's technically an adventure card, but Seek the Heart just isn't that good of a spell to spend 3 mana on. It'll be a lot more relevant when you draw it late in the game, but when you play it on , you should probably just skip the adventure and jam this on turn 5.
I haven't valued the white mode on The Arkenstone much, to the point that I wouldn't even bother playing an white tapland (let alone any Plains) just for the activation. Be wary of Burn, Burn, Tree and Fern if you can help it, because that's one of the only actual answers to this. You could also theoretically get blown out by Thorin's Last Stand on this mid-combat.

Goblin Army Gets you extra cards
Seek the Heart needs white mana, so Goblin Army gets only the 5-mana , which gives your creatures +1/+1 and draws a card at each of your end steps. Without its other half it adds no body on the turn you cast it.

Dwarves & Equipment Finisher
Seek the Heart ( ), the on The Arkenstone, finds any creature card in your library, and this deck has good ones to fetch: Fíli, Kíli, Dáin Ironfoot and the mythic Thorin, Mountain-king. The Arkenstone itself is a 5-mana legendary that gives your creatures +1/+1 and draws a card at each of your end steps.

Draw Two Finisher
Your creatures get +1/+1 and you draw a card at the beginning of each of your end steps, so it wins long games. Draw Two gets more from it than any other deck, because on a turn when nothing else drew you an extra card, the end-step draw is card two and grows Apothecary.
